We may collect personal information from you directly in writing, over the phone and through our brokers or agents when interviewing you or from our website through online application forms and surveys etc.

Bloom Finance will only hold information that is relevant and will enable us to carry out our service, duties, activities to comply with legal requirements and maintain our position as a leading professional firm. The type of information held will vary according to your relationship with us and the work we are/will be performing. We will endeavour not to hold information about you that is not relevant or required by us.

We only collect personal information about you to enable us to assess your suitability and eligibility for obtaining the respective loan product/s you require. Personally identifiable information we collect includes your name, address, telephone number, occupation and financial information. You may elect not to supply any of the information requested by us although that will restrict our ability to assist you with your application.

We will only use your personal information in order to provide you with our services and to assist us to carry out our business activities. The information may also be used to determine whether you qualify for the type of loan sought, process the loan application forms, communicate information about our products and services to you and for our internal administrative, marketing, planning, product development and research requirements.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
Bloom Finance will never on-sell personal information to outside non related parties. Depending upon the type of product you have requested, we may also disclose your personal information to credit reporting agencies and other third parties where we are required to do so by law and where it is reasonable for us to do so, and to allow us to provide our services to you (both from within the company and via our relationship with third parties), where our advisors request it or where you have expressly asked us to do so in writing.

Access  and correction to information
You can gain access to the information held about you upon written request to Bloom Finance's Privacy Officer, assuming there are no legal reasons preventing us from doing so, Bloom Finance will then allow access to all your personal information details that we hold about you within a reasonable time period.

You will be able to review this information and advise us of any errors or amendments required to the data held by us and may request Bloom Finance to amend and update the information held. We will consider if the information requires amendment and amend it accordingly. If we do not agree that there are grounds for amendment, then we will attach a note to the personal information stating that you disagree with it and on what ground. We may charge you a small fee to cover any administrative costs that we may incur in providing personal information to you.

Security  
We will take all reasonable steps within our means to keep your personal information secure, accurate and up-to-date at all times. Access to information will only be granted to employees and authorised agents who have accepted and agreed to abide by our confidentiality agreement.
